The new-generation Nissan Sentra sent this compact sedan up the ladder in terms of mature looks and feel. Its grown-up looks are highlighted by its long silhouette and hood, distinguished V-motion grille, coupelike rear glass, floating roof design, sweeping headlights, and more. With no reason to change this sharp-looking sedan, we expect the 2022 Sentra to hit showrooms as a carryover model.
Inside, the new-generation Sentra’s mature and more upscale feel continues with its carefully swoopy dash, circular air vents, dash-top touchscreen, clean center stack, and flat-bottom steering wheel. Buyers can improve upon its looks with available black and tan color schemes and quilted-leather seats. This is one of the sharpest interiors in the segment, even in its lower trims, so we expect the 2022 Sentra to remain the same.
The current Sentra is no slouch in tech with its standard 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and keyless ignition. Buyers can upgrade the Sentra with an available 8-inch touchscreen, 7-inch vehicle information display, a Bose audio system, and more. These features and options should remain the same in the 2022 Nissan Sentra.
Pricing & Release Date
Although an official release date has not been announced, based on Nissan production documents, we are expecting the 2022 Sentra to begin arriving at dealers this summer Pricing is also unconfirmed, but with no changes in the works, the 2022 Nissan Sentra should remain close to the current model’s $20,335 to $22,675 MSRP (destination fees included).
